Imotrust subscription rights trading calendar

Real estate developer Imotrust (ARCV) announced today that subscription rights for the share capital increase approved by the GSM on January 21 will be traded on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) between June 3 and September 8, 2010.
We remind readers that ARCV shareholders approved the issuance of 308.8 mn new shares at RON 0.1 per share. Each shareholder registered as of February 12, 2010 will be able to subscribe one new share for each share owned.
