Securities Commission expected to issue a decision regarding CEO

Following the announcement that Mr. Staicu, SIF Oltenia's (SIF5) CEO, has been found guilty by a Court for alleged illicit deeds, the Securities Commission (CNVM) will issue probably a decision today.
CNVM should rule if Mr. Staicu is still worthy of being SIF5's CEO. We remind that the Court's ruling concerning Mr. Staicu is not final and the latter might appeal it. Moreover, back in 2006 when the prosecutors have started to investigate Mr.Staicu, CNVM has asked SIF5's shareholders to reconfirm him. Mr. Staicu was reconfirmed by the majority of SIF5's shareholders.
