SIF Moldova's transactions on the capital market

According to a release to the Stock Exchange (BVB), SIF Moldova (SIF2) has sold its entire 12% minority stake in Asco Bacau (ASCE) to Inkotown Universal, the majority shareholder of the company.
SIF2 will receive some RON 3.5 mn (EUR 0.8 mn) for its stake. According to the media, Imotrust Arad (ARCV) is Inkotown Universal's controlling shareholder.
