Nine issues of ErsteGroup certificates to be traded on the BVB on Thursday

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on Thursday will start trading nine individual issues of certificates released by the Erste Group Bank AG, on the structured products ring of its electronic trading system. The certificates are linked to the price of gold and oil and the DAX index of the Frankfurt Bourse.
Trade in the structured products issued by the Erste Group Bank AG will be similar to trade in Erste shares, that is by using global accounts, no pre-validation and priority conduct in price and time terms.
Structured products are usually issued by investment banks, investment funds or brokerage companies under an issue prospectus and are adjusted for the risk profile of investors. The issuer usually operates as a liquidity supplier for the securities involved, acting as counterpart to both the sellers and the buyers. The company releasing the derivatives may also appoint another company to act as a feeder.
The Central Depositary on Tuesday announced that on July 6 the financial instruments of Erste Group Bank AG, floated on both the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) and the Vienna Bourse, were recorded with the RoClear clearing and settlement system .
