SIF Oltenia's transactions on the capital market

SIF Oltenia (SIF5) disclosed several recent transactions. Thus, SIF5 has sold its 15.3% stake in Elsid Titu for an amount RON 17.2 mn.
Moreover, SIF5 has divested its 18.3% equity interest in Electrocarbon Slatina (ELNG) for a total amount of RON 9.5 mn. Besides, SIF5 has subscribed RON 2.5 mn to MAT Craiaova's share capital increase.
