SIF Transilvania underwrites RON 5.3 mn in Orizont Turism share capital increase

Through a release to the Stock Exchange, SIF Transilvania (SIF3) announced that it paid RON 5.3 mn out of the total RON 7.3 mn it has to underwrite in the share capital increase Orizont Turism Predeal (ORTU) is currently undergoing. SIF Transilvania owns 99% of ORTU.
