Fitch has affirmed long term rating at BB- with a stable outlook

Fitch has affirmed Banca Transilvania's (TLV) long term foreign currency rating at BB- and the short term one at B. The rating agency said that it assigned a stable outlook for these ratings.
Fitch said that the rating reflected the deterioration of the assets quality, supplemented by a diminishing profitability, partially offset by its good franchise, diversified funding sources and an acceptable liquidity. We see this piece of news as neutral.
