SIFs closed the day 3% higher

The shares listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on Monday gained in average 1.25%, in an evolution tracked by the BET-C composite index.
The shares of the five financial investment companies (SIFs, the evolution of which is reflected by the BET-FI index) went up 3.06 pct.
Shares of 46 issuers changed hands on the main BVB market, the 'Regular', 33 of which scored an appreciation in quotations, four kept flat and 9 declined. BVB trades amounted to 3.579 million euros (RON 15.236 mn), whilst trades carried out on the RASDAQ over-the-counter market stood at 65,170 euros.
The BET index that reflects the evolution of the most liquid ten listed issuers advanced 1.40%, whereas the ROTX index grew 1.26%. The extended blue-chip index of the top liquid 25 companies - the BET-XT - inched up 1.89% and the sectoral energy and related utilities index BET-NG closed 1.38% lower.
The top liquid issuers were SIF 5 Oltenia - with trades worth RON 2.286 million; BRD - RON 2.286 mn; SIF 2 Moldova - RON 1.73 mn; Petrom - RON 1.411 mn; SIF 1 Banat Crisana - RON 1.281.
