BVB increases 2.89%

The shares listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on Tuesday gained 2.89% on average, an evolution tracked by the BET-C composite index, while the BET-FI index of the financial investment company (SIF ) stocks advanced 2.30%.
On the main BVB market, the 'Regula,' shares of 54 issuers changed hands, 45 of which scored an appreciation in quotations, four kept flat and five declined. BVB trades amounted to EUR 8.267 mn (RON 35.118 mn), whilst trades carried out on the RASDAQ market stood at EUR 268,605.
The BET index, which reflects the evolution of the most liquid ten listed issuers, advanced 4.01%, whereas the ROTX index grew 4.44%.The extended blue-chip index, the BET-XT, of the top liquid 25 companies grew 4.08% and the BET-NG index, which reflects the evolution of sectoral energy and related utilities, advanced 3.01%.
The top liquid issuers were the Romanian Development Bank (BRD), with trades worth RON 9.414 mn; SIF 5 Oltenia, RON 6.137 mn; SIF 2 Moldova, RON 3.58 mn; SIF 3 Transilvania, RON 3.064 mn, and SIF 4 Muntenia, RON 1.83 mn.
