BVB trades state bonds worth EUR 5.22 mn

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) traded state bonds worth EUR 5.22 mn on Friday, thus driving up the total liquidity of the stock exchange to EUR 7.91 mn (RON 33.6 mn).
Shares listed on the BVB depreciated on Friday by 0.88% on average, evolution measured by the BET-C composite index, while financial investment companies (SIFs) dropped 2.72%, as indicated by the BET-FI index.
On the main BVB market - Regular - stocks issued by 45 companies were traded, of which 10 registered rises, 5 remained unchanged and 30 dropped.
The BET index reflecting the developments in the 10 most liquid stocks went down 1.62%, and the ROTX index decreased by 1.83% as well. The BET-XT blue-chips index of the 25 most liquid companies climbed down 1.97%, while the BET-NG index of energy and utilities companies lost 0.11%.
The most liquid stocks were SIF 5 Oltenia - with transactions totaling RON 3.07 mn, Petrom - RON 2.71 mn, SIF 2 Moldova - RON 1.87 mn, SIF1 Banat Crisana - RON 1.01 mn.
