BVB: SIF quotations up by 1.75% at opening

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened high its trading session on Thursday with the BET-C composite index climbing by 0.30 percent in the first five opening minutes.

The Financial Investment Companies' (SIFs) stocks were up by 1.75 percent, as indicated by the BET-FI index, while the main BET index reflecting the development of the 10 most liquid listed stocks climbed 0.46 percent, while ROTX index increased by 0.57 percent.

The extended blue-chip index BET-XT of the 25 most liquid stocks went up 0.76 percent, while the energy and utilities sectoral index BET-NG increased 0.23 percent.

The BVB liquidity totalled 161,635 euros, while stocks transferred on the BVB's RASDAQ market, in the first five opening minutes, amounted to 602 euros.

The most liquid stocks were SIFs, BRD and Banca Transilvania.
