One third of Imotrust subscription rights changed hands

The transactions amounted to RON 0.053 mn, while the subscription rights traded would give investors the right to subscribe over one third of the total issued stocks. We remind that ARCV shareholders approved the issuance of 308.8 mn new shares at RON 0.1 per share.
