Over 8,000 new dwellings and 4,000 old flats to be promoted at tIMOn

From Thursday till Sunday, this week, the Fair brings together 70 exhibiting companies and over 100 real estate projects, along with 4,000 old dwellings, from both Bucharest and all over the Romania. The price cuts exclusively valid during the time span while the Fair is open, are ranging between 2,000 and 10,000 euros, and 2,000 of the 8,000 new dwellings are not offered in any other real estate fair. The smallest price amounts to 21,500 euros and the highest to 318,000 euros, plus VAT, for a penthouse in the Victoria Square, posh Bucharest.

'The Fair will be a success, this time, again. We brought together 40 developers, 100 projects and have many exclusives and firsts, in this year's edition. Except the 5,000 new dwellings on display, the offer also includes old apartments, as a first, but also shopping centers part in the Cocor shopping gallery. The visitors will not leave tIMOn, in dissatisfaction,' tIMOn director Vlad Vlasceanu said.

As a novelty for the history of the Romanian real estate fairs, tIMOn succeeded signing 22 exclusive agreements, which means that each of the 22 exhibitors will display their offers only under the tIMOn's umbrella.
