SIF Oltenia sold its entire stake in Socep Constanta

In a release to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), SIF Oltenia (SIF5) announced that it sold its entire stake (35.03 mn shares, 10.2%) in the stevedoring company Socep Constanta (SOCP) for an amount of RON 13.87 mn.
There were no disclosures about the buyers in the transaction, but according to SIF5 management the stake was not sold to the main shareholders of SOCP, Ion Dusu or Nicolase Dusu.
