SIF Oltenia’s transactions

SIF Oltenia (SIF5) has announced that it sold a stake of 42.5% in Lactate Natura Targoviste (INBO), a dairy maker in which SIF5 had before the transaction an equity interest of 76.5%.
The deal amounted to RON 15.1 mn, or the equivalent of RON 14.4 per share, up 69% on previous day closing price. We would like to point out that as INBO is a listed company, we valued it for our NAV computation according to the latest market price.
