Remarul 16 Februarie acquires production license

According to a release to the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the rolling stock maintenance and repairs company Remarul 16 Februarie (REFE) acquired from Bombardier Transport France a license for the production of large capacity auto motors for passengers traffic.
The contract will be developed in several stages. Under the first stage the company must pay Bombardier EUR 1 mn. Through this acquisition REFE plans to diversify its production and increase sales.
