Hidraulica Uzina Mecanica Plopeni IPO

Hydraulics equipment producer, Hidraulica Uzina Mecanica Plopeni (HPR) will launch an IPO starting today (November 12). The offer will be opened until December 3rd.
The company is offering a total number of 97 mn shares representing 41% of its share capital.
The offering price range is set between RON 0.11 and RON 0.125. The final price will be determined based on the oversubscription index. The company intends to use the funds to build a 0.63 MW solar power plant. HPR is controlled by a local business man.
