Feasibility study for South Stream due end of November

The study refers to the construction of the Romanian part of the South Stream oilpipeline. The press release was published following the negotiations which took place on Tuesday in Moscow between representatives of both companies. If the result is positive, the companies will make proposals to the Russian and Romanian governments to sign an intergovernmental agreement to become a political and judicial basis for the project South Stream in Romania.
