SIF Oltenia’s transactions

According to a release to the stock exchange, SIF Oltenia (SIF5) subscribed RON 4.95 mn to the share capital increase of hotel operator Turism Lotus Felix, which is a spin off from Turism Felix (TUFE).
The payment will be made in two tranches, half the amount was paid on November 18 and the remaining part follows to be paid 60 days from the subscription date.
