SIF Banat Crisana’s transactions

According to a release to the stock exchange, SIF Banat Crisana (SIF1) sold on November 18 a stake of 0.7 mn shares of Prodplast Imobiliare for RON 2.7 mn.
The company also announced that on Friday it bought a stake in Fondul Proprietatea (FP), paying for it RON 2.9 mn. The number of shares and implicitly the price per share was not disclosed.
