Libocor(BRD) : The key to budgetary correction cannot be expenditure reduction for ever

« The key to budgetary correction cannot be expenditure correction but a better collection. Evasion is everywhere and I think we haven't been in this situation since 1999. We cannot discuss about lending resumption as long as we have income cuts.
