SIF Transilvania's transactions
Raiffeisen Capital & Investment - 15 Decembrie 2010
In a release to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), SIF Transilvania (SIF3) announced that it underwrote RON 10.3 mn in the first phase of the share capital of hotel & spa owner Tusnad (TSND).
Tusnad intends to raise a total of RON 16 mn. In the second phase, shareholders that participated in the first phase will be able to subscribe the shares not underwritten during the first phase. SIF Transilvania owns a stake of 64.9% in TSND, while SIF Oltenia (SIF5) has a 17.3% ownership.
