SIF Muntenia's transactions
Raiffeisen Capital & Investment - 21 Decembrie 2010
In a release to the Bucharest Stock Exchange, SIF Muntenia (SIF4) announced that on December 17 it sold BRD-GSG shares worth RON 14.8 mn.
The price per share was not disclosed. We remind that on December 16 SIF4 also sold BRD-GSG shares worth RON 6.3 mn. Selling BRD-GSG shares allows SIFs to book significant gains/profits since this stakes are accounted for at the nominal value well below the current market price.
