Agerpres - 3 Ianuarie 2011
Bellavista Golf Villas&Resort company will develop in Fantanele village in Arad County (west) a project that will include a golf course, leisure spaces and a luxury residential complex.
The company's representatives have made public the details of this project. Thus, the leisure complex 'Butterfly Park' will stretch on an area of 73 hectares and will have butterfly form, while the future golf course will have 56 hectares, Bursa daily writes.
Investors say they chose Fantanele because it is very close to Romania's western border, one can easily reach Arad and Timisoara (west) from Fantanele, and because the village is near the future motorway that will link the area with Europe.
Mauro Rizzinelli, the president of Bellavista Golf Villas& Resort, said that Arad was chosen because of its location and because here there are many entrepreneurs and skilled workforce, and many students who are willing to learn. According to him, Romanians and Italians have worked together on this project.
The main feature of the project is the respect for green space, since 350,000 square meters will be allocated to private green space and 150,000 square meters to public green spaces. The complex will also have parks with fitness equipment, markets, postal services, a pharmacy, a nursing home, a primary school, a church, basketball, tennis courts and football fields.
The deadline for finalising the investment is three years from the start of works, which is scheduled for the spring of 2011.
The total value of the investment stands at nearly 20 million euro, half of which being European funds, obtained through the Regional Operational Programme, Priority Axis 5 - 'Sustainable development and tourism promotion.'
Bellavista is an Italian-Romanian company, registered in Romania, made up of four Italian groups from Brescia area, which operate in services, construction and installation sectors. The turnover of the company stands at 200 million euro.
