The Association of Human Resources professionals in Romania - HR Management Club - introduced eight new professions in the Occupations Code in Romania (COR), which will be published in the Official Gazette, the Association informs in a release.
The eight new professions are: human resources director, human resources consultant, training specialist, recruitment specialist, specialist in compensations and benefits, organizational development specialist, internal consultant in human resources and labor relations specialist.
'We are proud that these professions have become official, the more so as they were on the market for a long time, without being classified as such. Moreover, we, at the HR Club, believe that this approach was our duty and we are glad to having completed that well ', said HR club president Csaba Gergely.
The project is part of the 'Partnership for development of human resources' program, co-financed by the European Social Fund through the Human Resources Development Operational Program 2007-2013 (POSDRU/41/3.3/G/17900), implemented by the HR Club in 2010 and is the result of the working group focused on 'Legislation and COR', formed of volunteer members with the HR Club.
