SIF Oltenia acquires another stake in Biofarm

SIF Oltenia (SIF5) announced yesterday that on Friday it bought a stake of 0.43% in the pharmaceutical producer Biofarm (BIO), in a transaction worth RON 1 mn at an average price of RON 0.22 per share.
We remind that SIF5 is Biofarm's main shareholder with a stake of more than 22% of the share capital.
