SIF Muntenia to launch a mandatory tender offer for Transchim

According to local media, SIF Muntenia (SIF4) will launch a mandatory public tender offer (MPTO) for the transportation company Transchim Bucuresti (TRAI).
SIF4 will offer RON 3.19 mn (RON 2.5 per share) for a stake of 54% in the company. The tender offer will take place from January 20 to February 9. We remind that SIF Muntenia is the majority shareholder of the company, controlling more than 45% of the capital.
