Bucharest Stock Exchange and SIBEX resume talks on merger

Representatives of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) and Sibiu Monetary Financial and Commodities Exchange (SIBEX) met on January 22 and decided to resume talks regarding a possible merger between the two.
The discussions have resumed after an outstretched period of silence on the subject. Both companies are currently listed on their respective markets.
