Stocks down 0.98% in Friday's session opening

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) moved downwards in the opening of the session this Friday, with the BET-C composite index dipping 0.98 percent in the first fifteen minutes after the start of trades.

The BET-FI index that tracks the performance of the five financial investment companies (SIFs) took a steeper fall of 1.14 pct, whereas the BET index that reflects the evolution of the most liquid ten listed shares went down 0.95 percentage points. The ROTX index also lost 0.98 pct.

The extended blue-chip index BET-XT of the top-liquid 25 issuers dropped 1.04 pct and the sectoral energy and related utilities index BET-NG scored a depreciation by 0.36 pct.

The BVB liquidity was 1.091 million euros and trades performed on the RASDAQ market in the first fifteen minutes of the session stood at 4,923 euros.

The top liquid issuers were Proprietatea Fund, SIF2 Moldova, Transgaz, Antibiotice Iasi and SIF1 Banat-Crisana.
