Cushman&Wakefield survey: Office market shows good signs for 2011
Agerpres - 31 Ianuarie 2011
The Romanian office market is to see positive prospects in 2011, both in terms of its economic growth, and because many companies postponed analyzing how many office spaces they need, but are to make a decision in the respect, this year, say data of the global analysis Cushman&Wakefield makes public, on Monday.
The demand for office spaces is not very high, yet, and it takes time till the existing one gets higher than the supply, Cushman&Wakefield experts opine.
As for the investments, the market is expected to face hard times, and see no major changes. The monthly rental fees for the Class A offices are likely to get stable, this year, compared to Dec 2010 when they were ranging between 18.50 euros per sq m in posh Bucharest and 11 euros per sq m in the other districts.
Compared to Bucharest, Class A office owners ask 10 euro/sq.m rent in Brasov (central Romania) and 11.50 euro/sq.m in Timisoara (weast).
