Prospectiuni CEO statements

The CEO of the geophysical and geographical prospecting company Prospectiuni (PRSN) made some comments in the media regarding their development strategy.
The company intends to intensify its efforts in expanding its activity abroad with contracts in Portugal, Morocco, India, Iran and Senegal. The CEO estimates that 30%-40% of their turnover would come from export contracts in 2011. At the moment 90% of the turnover comes from the local market, with Petrom and Romgaz as main clients. The company recently signed a contract with Romgaz worth EUR 12 mn and expects in the next two years contracts worth EUR 100 mn from these two traditional partners.
At the moment the company managed to sign contracts that will keep their schedule full until August, an improvement compared to last year.
The company is also considering diversifying its activities and engaging into prospecting for mining and environment services.
