Stock market opens higher on Monday

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened higher Monday's trading session, with the BET-C composite index increasing 0.19 percent in the 15 opening minutes.

The BET-FI index that tracks the performance of the financial investment companies (SIFs) increased 0.55 percent, while the BET index that reflects the trend of the most liquid ten listed issuers went slightly up 0.19 percent and the ROTX also grew 0.18 percent.

The BET-XT extended blue-chip index of the 25 most liquid companies increased 0.29 percent, while the BET-NG index of energy and utilities companies appreciated 0.27 percent.

The BVB liquidity was 22,149 euros and trading conducted on the RASDAQ market in the 15 opening minutes stood at 902 euros.

The most liquid issuers were Proprietatea Fund and SIF5 Oltenia.
