SIF Oltenia acquires another stake in Biofarm

SIF Oltenia (SIF5) announced that it bought a stake of 0.9% in the pharmaceutical producer Biofarm (BIO), at an average price of 0.22 RON per share in a transaction worth RON 2.1 mn.
SIF5 increased its stake in Biofarm and owns at the moment 23.9% of the social capital of the pharmaceutical producer.
