Stock market opens low on Tuesday

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened low on Tuesday, with the BET-C composite index decreasing 0.22 percent in the first 20 minutes.

The BET-FI index that reflects the performance of the financial investment companies (SIFs) decreased 0.16 percent, while the BET index that reflects the trend of the most liquid ten listed issuers went down 0.20 percent and the ROTX also declined 0.23 percent.

The BET-XT extended blue-chip index of the 25 most liquid stocks decreased 0.22 percent, while the BET-NG index of energy and utilities companies declined 0.41 percent.

The BVB liquidity was 114,855.55 euros and trading conducted on the RASDAQ market in the first 20 minutes stood at 3,225.55 euros.

The most liquid issuers were VAE Apcarom (APC), Concefa Sibiu (COFI), OMV Petrom (SNP), Dafora (DAFR) and Ropharma Brasov.
