SIF Oltenia dividend proposal

SIF Oltenia (SIF5) has called its annual (E)GSM for April 28(29), 2011 to approve among other issues its proposal for the dividend to be paid out of the 2010 profit.
The management has proposed a dividend per share of RON 0.075 which corresponds to a pay-out ratio of 53.7% and a yield of 4.9%. Ex-dividend day was set for May 12, 2011. We view this piece of news as rather negative since the market was probably expecting a higher pay-out given the fact that SIF5 used to have the highest ratio among its peers.
