SIF Banat Crisana hikes dividend proposal

SIF Banat Crisana (SIF1) has informed that its management has amended the proposal for the dividend to be paid out of the 2010 net profit from RON 0.04 per share to RON 0.06 per share.
Thus, the pay-out ratio is to be hiked from 35% to 52.3% while the current dividend yield is 5.6%. We consider this change as positive since with the previous dividend proposal SIF1 had the lowest pay-out ratio among its peers.
