Shareholders ask SIF Muntenia for a higher dividend

SIF Muntenia (SIF4) announced that a group of shareholders asked for the inclusion in the agenda of the GSM of April 22 of the proposal to pay a dividend of RON 0.081.
SIF4 management previously proposed a dividend per share of RON 0.05, which meant a dividend pay-out ratio of 55.5%. The new DPS implies a pay-out ratio close to 90%. and the dividend yield comes close to 10%. We believe that investors will perceive the news as positive.
