SIF Oltenia rejects the increased dividend proposal

SIF Oltenia (SIF5) has announced that its management rejected a proposal of a group of shareholders to increase the dividend to be paid out of the 2010 net profit to RON 0.125 per share.
SIF5 said that the shareholders did not comply with all formalities needed for a proposal to be included on the GSM agenda. Therefore, on its incoming GSM agenda will remain only the initial proposal to pay a dividend per share of RON 0.075. We rate negatively this development since the market seems to have priced in a higher dividend.
