Prodplast repurchase program

Prodplast (PPL) announced that it intends to start a share purchase program. The topic was added to the next GSM agenda (April 28), at the request of one of the major shareholders of the company.
The shareholders are asked to approve the purchase of 1.7 mn shares or 10% of the company's share capital from the open market, with the acquisition price to be set between RON 0.87 and RON 1.27.
