BVB to start transactions for two issues of Erste Bank certificates, on Friday

Two individual issues of Erste Bank certificates will be available to be transacted on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), starting Friday April 29, 2011, BVB informs.

Thus, BVB begins transacting the two new issues of turbo certificates, actively supported by the Proprietatea Fund SA shares, issued by Erste Group Bank AG, within the Structured Products Sector, Certificate Category.

According to BVB, the first certificate will be turbo long and tagged EBFPTL1. The exercise price is 0.51 RON, the barrier is 0.53 RON, and 50,000 certificates to be mature on Sept 30, 2011, are traded.

The second certificate will be turbo short, and tagged EBFPTS1. The exercise price is 0.66 RON, the barrier is 0.64 RON, and it trades 50,000 certificates, due mature on Sept 30, 2011, same as the first.

The price variation limits of the Erste Group Bank issued turbo certificates range between +/- minus 35 percent.During the first trade session, both the price variation limits and the reference price will be agreed in accordance with the Erste Group Bank/ Romanian Commercial Ban (BCR) notification, as liquidity suppliers, BVB sources say.
