SIF Muntenia has invested in a private hospital

According to local media which cites its chairman, SIF Muntenia (SIF4) has invested EUR 12 mn in a private hospital in Pitesti, a middle-sized town in Romania.
The investment was a partnership with an influential individual, SIF4 having an equity interest of 95% in the venture. Recently a lot of private investments have been channelled to the healthcare sector. We view the news as neutral for SIF4 shares.
