Impact Developer&Contractor (IMP) released its 1Q 2011 results (un-audited and under Romanian Accounting Standards). Operational revenues dropped by 6% yoy to RON 5.5 mn.
At the same time, construction works continued to slowdown, which led to a sharp reduction in expenditures (i.e. third party expenses down 50% yoy to RON 3 mn). IMP posted an operational loss of RON 1.4 mn, but slightly better compared to the operational loss of RON 2.6 mn registered in 1Q 2010. Financial gains were flat yoy at RON 3 mn. Thus, the bottom line came in 6x higher yoy at RON 1.4 mn.
