SIF Moldova – A GSM is called following shareholders pressure (positive)

SIF Moldova (SIF2) has informed that following a request from a group of shareholders, its Board decided that it would call a GSM where the proposals to press on BCR listing should be voted.
We view this piece of news as positive for SIF2 shares as it shows that the momentum for a resolution of BCR stakes is gaining speed.
