Fondul Proprietateas shares repurchase program - update

Fondul Proprietatea (FP) has informed that in the period spanning between July 25 and July 29 it has bought 36.37 mn of its own shares, as part of the repurchase program.
The transactions amounted to RON 18.77 mn which implies an average price per share of RON 0.516. Since the launching of the shares repurchase program FP has acquired 161.57 shares for a total amount of RON 82.37 mn, out of the RON 120 mn currently available for the program.
