SIF Moldova calls GSM to tackle the BCR issue

Thus, among other topics on the agenda the shareholders will vote on the proposal to ask BCR to start listing procedures and to call a GSM at BCR itself where listing of the bank's shares should be voted. Moreover, the management will present other potential solutions to monetizing the BCR stake (i.e. sale, swapping into Erste Group shares, etc). We view this piece of news as neutral for SIF2 shares since the management had already announced its intention to call this GSM.
