SIF Banat Crisana will not call a GSM to discuss the BCR issue

In a communiqué to the Stock Exchange, SIF Banat Crisana (SIF1) has informed that, unlike its peers, it would not call a GSM to discuss the BCR issue.
Several investors have requested SIF1 (and the other SIFs) to call GSMs to vote in favour of the BCR listing. We view this piece of news as negative for SIF1 shares since it proves once again its weak corporate governance standards.
