SIFs index declines 1.2% on BVB on Tuesday

The quotations of the shares listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) advanced 0.16 percent on average on Tuesday, as measured by the BET-C composite index, while the BET-FI index of the financial investment companies (SIFs) went down 1.21 percent.
On the BVB main ring - Regular - shares issued by 44 companies were traded, out of which 15 appreciated, 8 stagnated and 21 dropped.
The BVB transaction volume amounted to 14.31 million euros (60.42 million lei), on the RASDAQ market transactions accounted for 1.05 million euros, and on the alternative trading system (ATS) they stood at 8.517 euros.
The BET index, reflecting the evolution of the ten most liquid shares listed, increased 0.13 percent, the BET-XT extended blue-chip index of the 25 most liquid companies went down 0.06 percent and the BET-NG index of the companies in the energy and utilities sector declined 0.57 percent.
The most liquid issuers were Fondul Proprietatea, with 7.38 million lei worth of trades, BRD, with 1.80 million lei, and SIF3 Transilvania, with 1.612 million lei.
