Changes to indices

The Indices Committee of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) ruled on some changes to the composition of the BET-XT and BET-C indices.
Thus Alro (ALR), Oil Terminal (OIL), Zentiva (SCD), Concefa (COFI) will be included in BET-XT and Banca Comerciala Carpatica (BCC), Teraplast (TRP), Compa (CMP) and Socep (SOCP) will be excluded. BET-XT tracks the performance of the most liquid 25 companies listed on the main market of the stock exchange. Also, the committee decided on the inclusion of Retrasib (RTRA) in BET-C. The changes will come into force starting September 19. We see the news as negative for Teraplast, though its weight in the index was small, 0.49%.
