Concefa share capital increase

Following shareholders' approval in the GSM at the end of August, the constructions company Concefa (COFI) will initiate the procedures for a share capital increase of RON 14.2 mn through the issuance of 142 mn new shares.
Shareholders would be able to subscribe one new share for every four shares that they own at RON 0.1 per share. The subscription period is set between September 09 and October 08.
