Romania, Vietnam to sign memorandum of understanding on land management cooperation

Romania's Ministry of Administration and Interior and the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment of Vietnam will sign today a memorandum of understanding on land management cooperation, a topic that was discussed on Tuesday by Romania's State Secretary for Local Communities Gheorghe Emacu and a delegation led by Vietnam's Deputy Minister for Natural Resources and the Environment Manh Hien Nguyen.
The Romanian Ministry of Administration and Interior on Tuesday reported that the meeting took place as part of a visit of the said delegation to Romania, September 9-15, to exchange experience and boost cooperation with Romania in the area of land management.
'Both parties voiced conviction that promoting cooperation to institutional levels by signing this document is in the interest of both countries and it will contribute to furthering the friendly relations between the two countries,' MAI reported.
